Stephan Lucka (b. 1979) is a freelance photographer based in Dortmund / Germany, working in the field of reportage, portrait and documentary. Stephan uses photography to learn about human connection. His projects explore the concept of identity in a social or cultural context.
 
Before he became a photographer, he worked as a professional musician. In 2022 he graduated as a Master of Arts in photography at the University of Applied Sciences Dortmund.

VG Bild-Kunst, Freelens, and Fotobus Society
 
 

Stephan Lucka (*1979) ist ein freischaffender Fotograf aus Dortmund. Er nutzt die Fotografie, um mehr über menschliche Beziehungen zu erfahren. Seine Projekte erforschen Konzepte der Identität in einem sozialen oder kulturellen Kontext.

Bevor Lucka Fotograf wurde, arbeitete er einige Jahre als professioneller Musiker. Im Jahr 2022 schloss er sein Studium an der Fachhochschule Dortmund mit dem Master of Arts im Fach Fotografie ab.
